Hello IMVU Support Team,
I am contacting you on behalf of the account Desperado1, as he is currently unable to do anything with his account himself.
For example, he cannot purchase VIP, buy credits, purchase items in the game, or receive gifts from others.
Could you please help us resolve these restrictions or let us know what we need to do?
