IMVU phasing out IMVU Classic would mean the DEATH of IMVU.
So many LOYAL players prefer IMVU Classic, and that preference should be nurtured not ignored. Next has been nothing but a pain to work with for so many people, it's not user-friendly, it overheats devices and it's lifeless. There is a reason 90% of the player base haven't converted to Next. Classic is well, classic. It is preferable. I genuinely think the staff of IMVU would make so much more money if they fixed the bugs or issues in IMVU Classic rather than ignoring them. Please, listen to your loyal player base and don't kill your game. There are so many voices trying to reach you guys, voices who want the game to succeed, so listen to them.
Also, I think you need to work on your marketing and advertising. I don't think generic ads will work anymore, they just get scrolled past. You need to make tiktoks, sponsorships with gaming YouTubers etc. You need to, for example, pull a 'Stanley Cup' and get that viral TikTok to give the business that push.

Ok...first I will say I will not leave Classic until Desktop:
Has any last missing features put in, like narration.
They really go through and improve performance so it doesn't crash as easily as it does at times.
I do question your comment on "90% of the player base haven't converted", as I see way more people on mobile nowadays than I do on Classic. Rooms and players I had imagined would be mainly Classic users were on mobile. If anything, I'm seeing Classic usership shrinking, mostly from older players who left for good.
I also agree they should do better marketing, but I also think they need to build better systems to drive engagement and better behavior.
I often feel like the day to day for them is slapping band aids on things to keep the machine going.
They need to show a real user benefit to joining now, as I feel like many just go to other gaming, socialize on Twitch or Discord, and don't understand what benefit they get out of VU.
