Hello! If your first age verification attempt has failed, you can still request 9 additional attempts. To do so, simply contact Customer Service. This article explains the age verification process: http://im.vu/help421.
According to official IMVU Community guidelines, Age Verification fees are non-refundable once the document review process has been completed, regardless of whether the document is approved or denied. The payment covers the verification service and document evaluation.
If you believe there was an error in the review process, or if you would like further clarification regarding your submission, you will need to contact IMVU Support directly so they can review your case.
