purchased the Age Verification (AG) service and submitted my document for age verification. After the document review, the age verification was disabled, meaning my document was disapproved.

Since the service was not approved after the analysis, I would like to request a refund for the amount paid.

According to official IMVU Community guidelines, Age Verification fees are non-refundable once the document review process has been completed, regardless of whether the document is approved or denied. The payment covers the verification service and document evaluation.


If you believe there was an error in the review process, or if you would like further clarification regarding your submission, you will need to contact IMVU Support directly so they can review your case.
