Does somebody knows, why i can't make a room public? It shows me the legend "A product must be own by the scene owner", when i of course, own the room and everything on it, it is the secon room that shows me the same issue, that i know, help please.
-- Troubleshooting which item in the room is causing this is relatively easy and faster than going through the procedure of creating a help ticket and waiting (2 to 4 weeks) for some generic auto generated reply from the AI that IMVU uses to process help tickets.
-- That AI scans for key words in the description of the problem but lacks ability to understand the context of the whole description.
-- Most likely that reply will be: how to purchase chat room slots, how to load furniture from inventory into a room, how to use furniture placement tools... etc. etc.
-- Often it's faster and easier to attempt solving technical problems oneself than asking IMVU for help through help tickets.
-- One method to troubleshoot that specific problem is by elimination of one product at a time (example: all chairs of a specific product) and test if the room can be made public.
-- Once the room can be made public then rebuild the room with all the furniture that was eliminated EXCEPT the product that was causing the problem.
-- Then contact the developer whom made the product that caused the problem and remember it's easier to get a positive response or refund if one is respectful when contacting developers.
