Visual Bug: Catalog thumbnails not loading in IMVU Desktop (Furniture & Poses)

I want to report a significant technical issue regarding how products are displayed in the IMVU Desktop App compared to IMVU Next (Web).

As shown in the attached comparison:


  • IMVU Next: Displays the custom thumbnails correctly, allowing users to see the poses and furniture.

  • IMVU Desktop: Only shows a generic placeholder icon for the exact same products.


This is a major issue for creators because Furniture and Actions & Poses categories are becoming 'invisible' to Desktop users. If customers cannot see the preview of the pose or the design of the furniture, they won't click on the product or buy it.


This bug directly affects our sales and the user experience. Please, could the technical team look into the thumbnail synchronization for the Desktop App?
