Vague ZEN Quest Instructions

Last night I began the Zen Quest. I did the first step of purchasing three items. I was not credited for them and could not move on to the next step. I go to Customer support for assistance. I was told by the agent serving me, " you need to purchase the items 1 at a time." That was not clearly stipulated in the Quest instructions and I am now forced to buy two more items to be able to move on to the next step. This is unacceptable and takes on the appearance of a Scam.

Upon proving my purchases by my Purchase Log, what should have been done is the agent, or a supervisor, credit it to me and moved me on to the next step. I should not have to make more purchases because the Quest instructions were not clear! My faith in the Quests is now tainted and I will no longer participate and Definitely will not endorse them to other Users.
