Name change problem, with support ignoring my request

Hello,


A week ago, I sent a ticket to request an inactive username.


Only yesterday did I receive an answer from support, telling me that the username in question is now available for use... So I promptly bought a "Marriage Package" so I could claim it.


Now, the problem is that, whenever I try to change my username to it on the corresponding page, I get an error message: "This avatar name is taken. Please try another. (Code an5012)".


Basically, I paid an awful lot of money for a change that doesn't even work. I've sent messages to support since then, but I haven't received any response. I feel completely ripped off since I purchased this feature for that specific username and it's completely useless.


What should I do now? And, please, do NOT suggest changing my username to something else.
