Our room

Our room has been white and empty for a while now. No rooms or items are loading. We're not having any issues accessing public or private rooms. There hasn't been any change since installing version 551.6. How can we fix this issue?

The room in question is the one we purchased as part of our wedding package. We were using this room without any problems until a week ago, but now we can't. When we try to enter, we are met with a white background and receive a message saying, "We are currently having difficulty admitting you to this room."
