I am having a serious problem logging into my IMVU account. I have two-factor authentication enabled, but the verification email arrives extremely late — usually after more than 20 minutes. When I enter the code I receive, I get an error message saying it is invalid.
Because of this, I am unable to log into my account at all.
Could you please help me resolve this issue? If possible, I would like you to disable two-factor authentication for me or offer another way to access my account.
