My account, with the username {Queenblasiian}, was recently disabled. I filed a support ticket regarding this, and it was closed with the finding that I was botting. I am writing to appeal this decision, as I have never used any botting software or unauthorized third-party programs. I have reviewed the IMVU Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and have always strived to follow them. I am confident that there has been a mistake in the detection of my account’s activity. My case number for the closed ticket is {677939}. I believe that once a manual review of my account is conducted, you will see that I have not engaged in botting. If there is a misunderstanding, I would like the opportunity to correct it. My account is very important to me, and I would like to have it restored.
