Staff Won't Even Address My Account Tickets Anymore,
From Their Own Words...

They Told Me They Don't Wanna Do Anything About It,
Because A Deleted Account Is An Account They Do
Not Want To Fix... They Blantly Refuse To Fix This...

Also, If There Was Any Change Made To The System,
I Would Of Never Known What The Change Was Made,
But Last I Had Known Accounts That Are Owned, Paid,
& Have Been Grand Fathered In...

Are Not Allowed To Be Touched By The Staff
Under Any Circumstances Of Name Changes,
Nor Account Holds Of Any Kind As Long As We
Stick To The Rules & Don't Break Them...

This Has Led Me To Believe They Broke Their Vows
On This With Their Customers, & They Are Now
Causing A Disruption In The User Base Which Is
Making People Wanting To Leave...

& I Also Have Suspected That New Members,
New Users Who Are New Here Are Not Able
To Compete With Older Accounts Should The
Old Members Quit...

Soooo, I Haven't A Clue What Is Going On Here...

My Only Guess Is That IMVU Might Be Shutting Down, ~__~

I Can't Think Of Any Other Way

I Did What You Suggested Below, & I Tried To Appeal My Case,
But The Support Staff Did Not Want To Even Look At My Case,
& They Just Ignored Me...

They Told Me My Account Was In-Active, So It Got Deleted,
& That It Was Deleted For A Reason...

They Lied To Me, Though, Because One Of Their Staff
Told Me This Was Deliberately Done, & That They Were
In The Wrong, & That I Was In The Right...

Yet, I Still Was Not Given My Account Or Accounts Back,
& Your Article Just Explains Why Something Is Disabled,
It Does Nothing For Those Who Can't Get Them To Be
Re-Enabled Again, Which I Already Explained Once Before,
That The IMVU Staff Is Deliberately Holding People's Accounts
Hostage So They Can't Get Them Back & Then The IMVU Staff
Is Just Deleting Them After Enough Time Expires...

It's Neglectful On The IMVU Staff Side,
& These Are Not Our Faults At All...
