Have you also clear cache? If that doesn’t help. Best to contact imvu support

I know all these things.....and I'm not the only user who has this problem....I can't gift the product using the product link itself or by gifting it from the web catalog....you can only gift the product using IMVU CLASSIC

Hello, @Mividalokaa there is many reason why you can’t

1. Your account or the other user’s account is on hold.

2. You are trying to gift someone using promo credits.

3. The product you are trying to gift is from a disabled creator.

4. The product you are trying to gift is hidden or set to Display Only by a creator.

5. You are trying to gift an item the user already owns.

6. The user you are trying to gift has their messages set to friends only and you are not on your friend’s list.
