Public room issue

@YutakaSuzuki..I agree..Ive cut down my spending almost entirely now on here.. I have bought songs in the past couple of months that dont even work and they dont even refund you for them, yet they continue to sell those broken songs in their music store..which is fraud and theft...Now I have rooms disappearing on me and who knows how much clothing inventory I have had disappear from my list....And we have so much stuff we wil never even noptice whats gone either.I know I have gone back to look for something I remember and its gone...Losing this room to me though was very disturbing..a room we used every single day for 12 years and had almost 100,000 visitors go to it over the years and was one of the most popular rooms on IMVU sudenly vanishes? And IMVU takes absolutely no responsibility for it at all,they blame ME like they always do.They literally accused me of deleting my own room by mistake and continue to use that as their answer.Its mind boggling.They wont help me and say the only way a room could disappear like that is if I took it down myself, which didnt happen, so where is the room and what happened to it? There has to be only 2 answers for it..One is one of their own IMVU agents or technicians took it down, possibly on purpose because I am always submitting cases and tickets and have become a "bother" to them, which they actually have told me I am in the past on the live chat.Or the second answer is they have some kind of major glitch that can just have a room suddenly vanish that they are completely unaware of and wont even admit or try to see if that could be a cause. Either answer is very disturbing though. I have NO trust in this website or the people that run it anymore.I used to love this website but how much abuse are we supposed to take on here before we just give up and quit? They dont respect the people who actually spend money on here, they treat us like garbage.

I Supposedly Have Currency To Still Create,
& Earn As Of Right Now As Long As I Don't
Over Spend & Run Out...

But Right Now With IMVU Shutting Down Phone Support,
Breaking The Classic Client, & Now You Both Are Saying this,
I Just Think IMVU Is In A Very Un-Certain State Of Mind,
& It's Best We Just Go With Caution From Here On,
What We Do Is At Our Own Risk On IMVU At The Moment...

I Don't Know If IMVU Will Shut Down, Or
Get Better, I Don't Know What Way Their Going,
So I'm Just Waiting To See What Happens,
So At The Moment I Have Cut Spending...

I Just Don't Think I Should Spend Money On
An Un-Certain Atmosphere Where I Don't Know
What The Future Of The Product Will Be,
& That's All I Can Provide For Two People Here...

@Wonderlandxxx I just had the same exact thing happen to me last week.My favorite room that had for over 11 years and the one me and my friends used every single day just completely disappeared and vanished from my rooms list and chat room listings.It was a public room, I never touched it ever because i never had reason to and all of a sudden it vanished.I had almost 100,000 visitors to my room and now its completely gone.I also got no messages from IMVU and they even informed me it was not taken down for any report or disciplinary reason because there was never any reason to anyways.We used my rom every single day and it vanished for no reason.IMVU has not helped me one bit.All they keep doing is accusing me of deleting my opwn room by mistake..Why in the world would I go into my rooms and delete my favorite room which we went into every single day???And how can you delete a room by mistake? I NEVER EVEN WENT INTO MY CHAT ROOM LISTING LET ALONE EVER CLICKED ON THAT ROOM..To delete it "by mistake" you would need to go into your room and make sure you wanted to get rid of it..nobody deletes a room by mistake..yet they are accusing me of doing that because they have no answers.This had to have been deleted by someone inside IMVU because there is no other explanation possible.It was not removed by me thats for sure.They either took down my room or they have a MAJOR glitch in their system that makes rooms in our list suddenly disappear.They refuse to take any responsibility for it, refuse to help me one bit and all they keep saying is they do not see the room in my listing (no kidding ) and that it is no longer there and that I must have deleted my own room by mistake, basically accusing me of something I never did and never would do in a million years..They have no records they kept of my room so now its just gone for good.How does a room just vanish like that? And now I read you had it happen to you also and I also know others that have had rooms vanish on them for no reason.They will not help me and wont tell me what happened to my room because they insist I took it down.They are never wrong and this is why everyone is quitting the site.Its really disturbing to me that we can have a room we worked so hard on and had it the way we wanted it and owned it for years and years and then all of a sudden it can just vanish on us and disappear from us just like that..What is are we losing that we dont even know about? Clothes in our inventory? Songs and music in our music lists?Music mixes? How much stuff is disappearing from us that we dont even notice or realize???All I know is my room is gone, they wont help me and just keep blaming me over and over again, accusing me of deleting my own room because they have no answers.....
