Unfair Payout Limits and Lack of Transparency

Hello,

I’d like to address another issue that many creators are frustrated with: your payout system and the lack of transparency around it.

You’ve clearly stated that creators are only allowed two payouts per month, and that the amount we receive is supposed to be based on how much we’ve earned — yet that doesn’t seem to be the case.

My payout has remained at the same $500 cap no matter how much I make. Whether I bring in more or less, that number doesn't move. If I earn $1,000 or more in a month, why am I still only allowed to receive $500? That doesn’t reflect your own promise: “Work more, get more.” In reality, I work more and get less — and that’s not right.

Now, if the system were truly based on performance and averages, then a drop in income should lower the payout limit temporarily, and an increase should raise it. But my cap stays the same, and I never get clarity on why. If there’s a formula, please explain it. If not, then something needs to be fixed — and creators deserve an honest explanation, not just promotional videos or vague replies.

Let’s not forget: you still control our money. We pay to create. We pay to upload. You take commission when we sell. We pay taxes on what we make. Yet you control how much we can access, even though we did the work.

On top of that, customers often expect us to decorate for them or design setups — and that’s extra labor we're not automatically paid for unless we choose to charge separately. I personally decide what I charge, and if someone doesn’t want to pay it, that’s their choice — but I’m done being told what price to list my items at. This is my catalog. If I want to price an item at a million credits, I will. I’ve checked the TOS multiple times, and I have not found a single rule that restricts how I price my work.

At this point, I’m not planning to sit in these forums every day. That’s not my thing. But tonight, I needed to release what’s been on my mind. I’m asking for verification and honest answers — because we creators deserve to know the truth about how we’re being paid and why we’re being limited.

Thank you,
