IMVU Next is not accessible

We can't log in to IMVU Next and not post to feed in the web. This is happening since eight hours ago and it still does not work. Tried four browsers, all the same. Blank page with a blopping dot only. Refresh does not work.

@Da3n3ryz  i have sent tickets in, please stop telling us to message CS, CS cant do anything, their response was to come back here, so we are running in circles when its IMVU that needs to rectify this issue, IMVU has cut off users that access Next via browser completely, some user cant use the desktop or classic client and so have lost all access, we cannot use feed, we cant use anything next related,  this is a monumental disaster of IMVU's making, its obviously a coding/data issue on the website, I like many have tried various browsers to access Next or login to do feed and have had the same results across the board....

@@Da3n3ryz  Why is IMVU so keen on promoting Google Chrome browser? 

It uses as much  memory as the classic client.and more than Firefox, while MS Edge and Opera use far less memory.

The screen shot shows four browsers all with only one IMVU Next page open and nothing else.

As you can see Chrome and Firefox use some 50% more resources than Opera and Edge.

I also compared chatrooms in all four browsers in IMVU Next. Things look far more beautiful in the Opera browser, while that is the one which uses the lowest resources on your computer.

Same issue here, can't get onto Next/feed at all , hopefully the issue will be resolved sooner rather than later

For those who still can't get in to Next, I suggest to try a different browser. The problem seems to be something with cookies.

@SexyStorm Yes true, but I suggested this way because on my log in window I don't even see the button in the text that directs you to the cookie policy.

@Avengelyne If you can't log in through your browser, try logging into the client, open your room, right click the room window, and select "view products in scene." This will open your browser and should log you in automatically.
