Hi, how long do I have to wait for the restriction to be lifted? I've had my account for 4 years and always used the same payment method to purchase credits. I've already submitted 3 tickets and haven't received a response.

Hola! puede tomar de uno (1) a cinco (5) días completos para los no VIP y de uno (1) a tres (3) días completos para los VIP para que Servicio al cliente responda. Éste artículo explica casos: http://im.vu/help703

Hi @xlllNoalllx  , it can take 1 to 5 full days for non-VIP and 1 to 3 full days for VIP for Customer Support

to respond.
