Hi, my name is Dakota. I talk to an agent about what happened yesterday.

So yesterday I was purchasing a diamond VIP

But when I was making a purchase, it wouldn’t take the payment.

So I got my little Topp and I made a small purchase of $.99 of 1000 credits the payment went through

But the second payment I made on the diamond VIP it went through, but I didn’t get the diamond VIP.

So I just wanna get a refund on the $19.49

Hello, @Dakota2118  it usually take 24 hours if not it best to contact imvu . Show them your screenshot and explain to them . You can ask them for refund too .
