I believe this is a rug pulling scam. I've been digging around, and i have come across numerous complaints that IMVU is banning accounts after spending a lot of money, or very mild discrepancies that any credible company could work with. But this company just bans people. Even over a mild payment discrepancy that can be taken care of in minutes. But IMVU will ban an account for a small delay over a $2 transaction even if someone spent $50 or more. Unless they fix this, this app is absolutely pulling a scam on a number of people.

Hello, I have staff your ticket number to reply your ticket but still waiting on them .
If you been gone 2-3 years it means the account was inactive that’s why
