Good morning, the reason I'm writing to you is because I had purchased my VIP Platinum subscription here on IMVU, and when I want to renew the payment of $9.99 through PayPal it doesn't allow me. It says my payment failed and I contacted you. On December 22, 2024 I was able to buy but today it does not allow me to renew
