Someone took my account and changed the email and password, I filed a report to IMVU and gave every piece of evidence they needed. What else should I do?

Hey bro did they reply to your ticket? They gave me an answer yesterday, but i don't remember my registration email because i made it 5 years ago. They asked me which email my account was linked to, but since i have many emails, i couldn't clearly remember which email i linked with my account, but i still sent them a few images showing that the account belongs to me, i hope they give back my account to me

Hey so it’s been 3 days and still no response from IMVU they said we will respond in 24-72 hours but still no response. Do you think I should call them? And if yes do you possibly know their phone number.

To be honest it’s the same thing for me I am gonna wait for 2 more days and then if they don’t respond I’ll just call them.

It has been 72 hours since i sent them a ticket, but i still have not received a response from them. When i click on the link sent to my email to see my ticket, I cannot see my ticket at all. What should i do, how long should i wait?

Yes, you still have a chance to recover your account. You just need to respond correctly to the agent who will contact you through your open ticket within 5 days.

They asked me for the username that was originally made when you first made the account, an email that was used when making the account , last 4 digits of a credit card number that was used to purchase anything in the game, State and city that you made the account in, and the original date of birth!
