Signed up for AP+ beta. Got selected to participate. Went through age-verified process. Got email for purchasing subscription. Clicked on the Join AP+ link and then selected all the default privacy sessions. Upgraded classic client to latest version and downloaded IMVU desktop per email. And then after got the Oops - this product does not exist error message (see attached). Then turned off VPN in case the error was related to location, but got the same error message. Tried both latest classic client and desktop version. Same error. Anyone else getting this error? Any workaround?

Contacted imvu support and I'm not sure what they did, but I was finally able to purchase AP+. Seems like they needed to either reset or enable something on my account. Anyway, they were able to fix.
Thanks, Ashley. That's what I thought at first, but a) I'm in located in the United States, and b) I turned off my VPN. I suppose it's possible imvu might have chosen to launch beta outside US first, but that seems unlikely.
