I was asked to vote for someone, entered details and had to enter code, after that my account was stolen. That person is asking my friends for moeny and trying to steal their accounts to. I had vip and ap. Asked IMVU to help, but they dont work atm, I guess. Can someone please help with stolen accounts?

thanks Ashlesyellen, I already have two ticket on this issue. Nobody responds and the hacker goes on making victims.

ps I had 2fa, but the hack asked for the codes to make the imvu vote possible. maybe stupid of me.

It seems that the hacker sent you a ticket too. And it seems that you answered him or her on ticket 332292. My ticket of the stolen account was submitted 3 hours earlier.
