Currently can’t post as saying in all my pictures “products under review” have no idea how to fix it

Hi I’m having problems posting all of a sudden,I posted early this morning but can’t now,is saying some items in the catalogue are under review,it did this a few weeks ago as I wrote on here and it was ok the next day
