Any answers, ideas and/or suggestions about why most of the music players specifically radios no longer function and instead I get a red letter error message saying "NOT AUTHORIZED"?

I have numerous music players and radios and until 2 months ago they worked fine. Now none of them work nor do any of those in the shoppes. Like many of you, I have thousands of credits tied up in those items. From what I can tell, they items are not going to be fixed or replaced nor will be refunded the many credits we have spent. The idea of a class action suit has crossed my mind.

I've quit buying things I don't REALLY need anymore, ie: VIP access, more clothes than places to go, rooms and "musical" furniture lol! It's not all that hard to do and I'm still having fun playing on IMVU WHEN I have the time or feel like it. Of course, IMVU's lack of Customer Service has just made the decision much easier. Wishing Good Luck and a speedy recovery to all, lol!

BTW... As far as I know, we all get the red "NOT AUTHORIZED" message and I wouldn't hold my breath for credits.

A couple weeks ago, I reported this issue. It seems, IMVU   give's 0 Fs. That's quite sad considering how much money they're made in almost 20 years from people like us. What's unfortunate is that we keep coming back. Our investment is huge so, unless one can simply walk away, I don't know what the answer is. I agree with my sister, MysticRaven, about a class action suit but, as she said, it would do us no good. It's going to take more than one person to come up with a fix for this.
