I don't load when I enter a room.

Hello,

Please check the mobile app. We don't load when we enter a room. The room is very light and does not justify this. We do not see the other person or ourselves. This has been happening for the past few days. It didn't happen before. I have been told that other friends of mine who come in with a mobile phone also suffer from it. I hope you take this seriously and fix it. Thank you.

Yes I have deleted it 10 times and reinstalled it, I have done the reboots on the mobile as prescribed. I know from mobile and apps, what is happening here is prototype. I don't know what else to say.
