Product reviews are moving extremely slowly. Normally, products are accepted in 15 minutes, but now they are accepted in 3 days. We cannot get a response to the discussion posts we send.

@Jaidaroze You can change it so that you earn developer tokens instead of promo credits. I'm actually the one who fielded that suggestion to IMVU. It's not much, but at least you're not being completely punished for being successful by being paid in a format that you'll never be able to spend.

I've been a creator since before the catalog had 2 million products. It didn't take this long back when only creators could do peer review. How the (bleep) am I supposed to get out products for events such as Halloween if I have to count on it taking a week or longer? It should be three days tops. Has IMVU finally deflated the motivations of people who do PR so that no one is doing it anymore, or is this another case of their lack of maintenance and shoddy coding coming back to bite US in the butt?

Products are already "old" if they appear in the shop after at least 10 days of review. At least, the "NEW" symbol has already disappeared by that point.
Many users who have started peer reviewing themselves report that their own products are still not being reviewed any faster.
Many things we previously had with the regular VIP level have now simply been "upgraded" and are only available for the most expensive VIP levels.
Do developers with Diamond and Emerald VIP also have to wait 10 days each time their products are reviewed?
If not, is this massive slowdown supposed to encourage developers to purchase the more expensive VIP levels?
waiting on live chat is just as bad as waiting on a ticket. 4 days really so far waiting on that and 2 hours waiting on live chat? its like their waiting out the time so they can close shop and go home!

What on earth is going on? Up until the beginning of July it was taking 48 hours.

I've had a VIP/creator account for over 15 years and I just got banned for the first time from Peer Review. I try to be very careful to review the products thoroughly and to make sure that I've rated them properly. As humans behind the avatars, we are bound to make a mistake from time to time, but to ban someone without a warning or a conversation is rather bogus. I read here that someone was banned for 7 months? That's just criminal. (There are real criminals who post bail and are out on the streets in 7 hours). As a creator, I rely on Peer Review privileges to keep my store afloat, and at that, I make about $100 per month here bustin' my butt in the Earn 'Real Money' program. And, we don't get paid for any of our products that are paid for with promotional credits; credits that are earned through promos, games, contests, etc. As for Peer Review suspension, it would be nice to know what mistakes we actually made. All I can remember about my latest Peer Review session was that I didn't pass a product that had a swastika on it, as well as a couple of outfits that were clearly AP and mis-rated as GA. What gives? How long does IMVU keep us in Peer Review Limbo? This is just another type of covert oppression; we do all the work and get punished if we make a mistake. And if mistakes are made, we are not privy to the actual offense in order to remedy it. Stop treating us as 'criminals!' Have a conversation and don't just tell us to "Read the Policies." We've read the policies, we're very familiar with them, we know how to follow rules. Our intent is to keep our accounts in good standing. We're not robots however; so please treat us like the humans we are.

I was also banned from peer review for following the TOS however.. that was 7 months ago and I'm still getting bombarded with messages from IMVU Official that I'm banned.. there is NO reason to keep sending them much less 3 of them within 5 minutes of each other.. every single time I get one of those "banned" notices, the items I have in peer review take even longer to pass to the point I have 22 items at this moment that have been sitting in peer review for a month now.. if you don't want us doing peer review just tell us or actually ENFORCE the TOS the way YOU set it.. I.E. if it shows penetration it's a TOS, yet I know many that have passed cause they "didn't put it in the catalog" I even fought those... or stop making MCG against TOS you wanna keep people that can do peer review revise your standards or make the program see them as what is actually supposed to be done.

OK got a message saying I have been banned from peer review checked my history and in 17 years only 5 incorrect votes 2 of which are included in the catalogue in adult pass some quite a long time ago on which is a sticker where the two people have clothes on and aren't even touching but whatever I rarely do review because it is boring, and I'm lazy, but I have also voted against things one was a room with real porn photos plastered all over the room walls and the person summited in GA one was a dress where the red was showing though quite clearly honestly I try to be fair and pay attention to the rating and I have seen some under AP which would be fine in GA honestly I don't care if I can and can't do review, but I do honestly wonder what the thinking is behind banning me.

i got a message saying "IMVU relies heavily on our community to review new products through Peer Review. After viewing your recent voting history, we noticed that you either had an unusually high number of incorrect votes or passed a product that was overtly misrated. Due to this, we have removed the privilege of participating in Peer Review from your account. " now ive not done peer reviews in months as i been working 60 hours a week. when i do a peer review i go very thourally into it checking for every little angel and ive gotten marked before for 2 people passing stuff thats clearly ap as ga. above may be a reason peer may be taking too long cause the people who care to do a good job are being slapped with this.

Three days is currently the standard for peer review. You may be lucky to have things passed faster sometimes, but don't reckon with it.
There is no need to file a ticket, it takes three days for them to answer.
