Hey y’all! Mine is working now! Idk how.. I think it’s from me logging in/out serval times..! Also went to try on clothes to see if she would pop up and later it worked . But I will say the whole system has been super slow especially joining rooms. Idk what’s going on but I hope it stops soon! I love this game and would not want a new avatar.

I am having the same issue and it’s been a week. The help desk is trying to help solve the issue, but I am still not able to see my avatar and entering rooms is an issue as well. I hope to be up and running soon because it’s fun and cool.

Hi I also had this problem this week. I’m closing and reopening the app and I still can’t see my avatar, it doesn’t show up on the loading mobile Home screen, shopping or chat rooms. What I did to fix that I troubleshooted by un-downloading the app and downloaded it back into my iPhone and my avatar pops back up. Hope that helps
