My account got banned for 15 days after a product sale which was not fit according to imvu policy, who ever purchased that product their credit went into escrow account according to imvu but when product failed in peer review,, imvu refunded users their money from my account instead of refunding from escrow account,, but it's okay if they refunded from my account,, but now my account shows -13 lakhs credits,, why ???? and again question comes if they used my account to refund then still the question arises where the escrow credits gone ? Who ate escrow account credits ???? Because if product failed in peer review then users should be refunded from same escrow account in which their money went before paying any creator.
