Hi @intergerl1, you will have to go to Apple’s website to learn how to unlink your Apple / iTunes ID account from your mobile applications. Once you are unlinked you will be able to update your email. This article explains how to change email: http://im.vu/help928. Thanks

you need to confirm your email (iCloud) one. Even if you never used it, you can set it up at anytime https://www.icloud.com/mail/
After confirmation, visit the IMVU sign-in page and select "Forgot Username or Password?" to reset your password. This will enable you to log in to your IMVU account without relying on Apple.
Once you've successfully logged in, you can update your email address. Ensure the new email is active and not linked to another IMVU account.

Or contact support for assistance if you cant get past step 1.
