[Archived]my account has been on hold for a long time and i haven’t been able to submit a case through that account. the help page never works and always says error and when i try to submit a case it keeps taking me to the help page which again isn’t working. so i made a new account and i was able to submit a case through there however there’s a selection in the fill out area on if i’m submitting this case on behalf of another account and then it doesn’t let me and says i need to contact imvu from that account but again THE HELP PAGE DOESNT WORK. i can’t call the customer service number as it’s for VIP ONLY which i can’t buy because my account it on hold. so no matter what i do, i can’t submit a case to get my account of hold.
