[Archived]My account has been on hold for over a year now. It was because someone stole my wallet so i had to cancel purchases for the week that my credit and debit cards were used because I didn’t have access to them. Why would my account STILL be on hold after a year? Shouldn’t you have been able to figure out what was going on and find a way to fix it by now? I don’t see why I have to be punished and not have access to my account when I did nothing wrong. I’m the one who was already the victim of identity theft and someone stealing from me. I have spent so much of my time taking surveys and watching ads to get coins to be able to purchase items. That is a lot of my life I can’t get back and it really sucks that I feel like I did it all for NOTHING because for some reason I’m the one being punished for absolutely nothing!
