[Archived]I requested a payout from Imvu over a week ago (04/02/2024) - Imvu messaged me 10 days later and told me I never responded to a ticket, so they decided to close my payout request. I never received anything in regards to a "ticket" I could respond to, so I'm very confused as to why it was closed. Live chat couldn't help me, so I had to file a ticket to wait even longer to get the money I requested.

[Archived]Hi @Ovis, you need to continue to work with customer service for this issue. The Discussions are user-to-user assistance, the only way to resolve account issues is through customer service.
It can take 1 to 5 full days for non VIP and 1 to 3 full days for VIP for customer service to respond. This article explains cases: http://im.vu/help703
