.. and sometimes, creator contact with the person who bought the item instead the real recipient: it happened to me, when someone sent me a message asking for a review, and I had not the product: I've gifted it to another person, lol!

You've got to be careful with this one because a lot of people don't like being contacted after an purchase.

Hi @RavynAila​ There is no auto-reply to purchasers after the a sale. As close as you will get to it is to set your email notifications to let you know when someone did purchase. At the least, you can reply to them with your personal greeting.
