The earnings will be awarded on a 24 hour time clock very close to the time of day of the purchase. You may follow this report to see about what time the person purchased your product and on what day. https://www.imvu.com/catalog/developer_report.php?reporttype=incomelog

Be careful when adjusting the dates on this second report as it is very tedious and must be exact for the report to work properly.

 

Beyond all of this, if you have a sales shown on a report, and you are not awarded the earning within an hour of the original transaction (14 days later), start a Help Case and inquire with IMVU Customer Service about the transaction. I have found the payout system for Credits or Cash to be very accurate. I hope your findings are the same...
