Hi @QueenAkeâ€‹Â , there are a few reasons you may not be able to see her catalog:

1. You are using a new account. New accounts cannot see new products. This is done to prevent new users from being subjected to UFI products.

2. The products are adult only. Users will need to purchase an Access Pass to view adult-only products.

You can contact customer service if the reasons above do not fit your situation.
