[Archived - ValentinaVDRMoney] Hello. I posted a dress in my catalog and it shows that it hasn't gone through peer review, but someone was able to buy it. What do I do?

Hi @ValentinaVDRDaDon​ If it had never gone through Peer Review before the Sale, it may be a glitch. Products are not supposed to be purchasable until they have gone through Peer Review and Passed the first time.

 

If it is the case the item had not completed Peer Review, it needs to be reported (for all of us).

There is some information for the Help Case that will be needed.

 

Check your Creator Reports for that product. The link is in the Lower Left of the Product Page (Creator Reports). Insert the date range that applies to the sale of the product. Get the Transaction ID number of the Sale. Discuss this with IMVU Staff referencing the Transaction ID number.
