i been trying to sign up for the program for a while now and it keeps giving me the same message bout i need to sign with certified signature or docusign and another name cant remember, oh physical signature, i did all that and still getting he same message, i talk to actually 3 of my tax advisors to see if i had anything messed up on the form but i didnt, so i was wondering if the earn money program have a problem? and my girlfriend who is a us citizen having the same problem and she herself file people taxes so she cant understand wats wrong

Hi @JustDoIt131312 , what exactly are they saying you are missing? In the USA a W9 is needed outside of the USA a W8 is needed.

Adobe allows us to sign PDF's as does PDF Maker.

You can also print the form, sign, and send via postal if you have no way to sign.
