You can either use scalers to change the proportions of different parts of the body, or buy/derive from a clothing product that is made in a particular body shape. In this case it is the clothing itself that changes the body shape so you will only be that shape when wearing that particular item of clothing.

As a creator you can do that in the IMVU Studio Beta, in the Scaler Section
