I'm incredibly confused with this new update. In order to access cash pay out/funds a creator makes from the products they create, they need to pay IMVU in order to access those same funds? What was the reason to initiate this in the benefit of creators? Is this going to be a trial or is this to be assumed as "the new way" from here on out?
For Staff here, we're going to need a better explanation than the few lines given in a message. This is very frustrating to see the lack of support provided to creators new or veteran. There is now no real incentive for these creators to continue to grow their craft and be supported monetarily from it. IMVU is competing with other well known platforms who do the very opposite of what it is now proposing and provide HD+ quality to their users.
